Even in the Strand, where it is clear that many towns have been attempted, all that remains are a few steadfast hangers-on, and a great many ruins.

But those ruins hold secrets. And exploring what past settlers left behind might be the secret to figuring out the way that they failed – and the new fledgling settlement might yet succeed. If not…
