Note that this will not work for the skill Clerical Investment levels 7, 8 or 9 (as Plot wants to RP these skills for better enjoyment of the game). This tutor will teach the skill to the character for no IG or additional downtime cost. This tutor has the teacher skill.

There is no limit to the number of times this may be purchased.
