A single event price varies on how early before the event it is purchased:
Full Event:
4+ weeks before the event – $50 + 50 Bonus OC!
3 weeks before the event – $50 + 25 Bonus OC!
2 weeks before the event – $55 + 12 Bonus OC!
The week of the event (and at the door) – $60 (Zero bonus OC).
Half Event:
4+ weeks before the event – $30 + 25 Bonus OC!
3 weeks before the event – $30 + 12 Bonus OC!
2 weeks before the event – $35 + 6 Bonus OC!
The week of the event (and at the door) – $40 (Zero bonus OC).
… and as a special treat, OC earned through pre-payment may be spent on your character or loot without counting toward the cap on XP or Coin!
6-Event Flex Pass – $275
This includes:
- Entrance to any 6 Fantasy Alive events!
- Bonus of 100 OC at purchase!
- Automatically applies the maximum Bonus OC each event!
That’s a discount of half an event!
Meal Plan

The Fantasy Alive Meal Plan includes:
- Late night snack Friday evening.
- Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Saturday
- Breakfast Sunday
- Snacks like fruit, chips and granola bars
Drinks are available for all players!

Membership
Fantasy Alive requires that our players have an active Membership in order to play. This is required for all events except for a player’s first event.
1 Year Membership: $20
Weapon, Costume, Prop Rentals
Fantasy Alive offers single event rentals for any weapons, costuming or props players could need!
1 Weapon Phys-Rep (Any size or type): $10
1 Tabbard or costume piece: $10
1 Prop accessory: $10
Packets (Spell, Alchemy or Rocks)
Fantasy Alive offers packets in convenient zip-lock bags of 10 each! Each bag is 10 or either spell, alchemy or rock packets.
1 Spell Packet Bag (10 Count): $5
Site Rental
Renting a specific site allows the renters to choice of who sets up in the Site area. Each site also has a fire-pit available ($20 firewood fee for weekend paid during Log applies). It creates an area recognized as your group's or yours in-game (which may result in fun wanted or unwanted visitors!)
